Today I was lazy and did not knead by hand. The cook machine kneaded the dough, and stirred the water and yeast in the noodle tank. Shake the noodle tank to roughly dissolve the yeast. Pour in the flour, stir into dough at level 1, add corn oil, knead the dough at level 4, and leave the whole process for 8 minutes. (The picture shows the chef's machine kneading 500g)

The cook machine kneads the dough and stirs roughly smoothly, and then remove the dough.

To color the dough, take yellow as an example. Take an appropriate amount of pumpkin powder, add a small amount of water, and rub the dough by washing clothes. After mixing, cover with plastic wrap and set aside!

Take 30g of white dough, vent it round, push it up with both hands, about 4cm high.

Tips:
"Flower pot" makes the dough to be pushed up, the dough is moderate in hardness, and it will be more three-dimensional when steamed! The bun noodles used in my tutorial are slightly softer, and the steamed product is easy to collapse
Fermentation: Put 2-3 cm of water in the steamer, heat about 50 degrees, put the steamed buns in the steamer on the steamer to ferment with the remaining temperature, pay attention to leave a finger-wide gap in the lid to avoid excessive humidity. You can also use the oven to ferment, and put a bowl of hot water in the oven to increase the humidity! Pay attention to the fermentation procedure, don't stock it 😊 Ferment to 1.5 times the size, and it will become fat and dull intuitively! It feels like cotton candy!
Steaming: cold water pot, high heat SAIC, turn to medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, open the lid.
