Original Steamed Cod

Ingredients required: 2 pieces of cod, 1 piece of green onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch of wolfberry, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, about 2g of salt

Wash the cod fish, wipe dry, and marinate with about 2g salt and 1 teaspoon of white pepper for 10-15 minutes

Soak the green onion and wolfberry separately in water for later use

You can add some hot oil before eating, you can omit the light ones
Tips:
1 The purpose of the boiling water pot is to make the outside of the fish suddenly shrink when it encounters high temperature, the fresh juice inside does not flow out, and it is not only shiny but also delicious after steaming.
2 If you don't like garlic, you can omit
3 The purpose of steaming in two steps is to better remove the fishy smell
4 The pepper used for marinating can be black pepper or white pepper
