Original Tender and Smooth White Sliced Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken
2.
Prepare a pot of clean water. After the water in the pot is boiled, turn off the heat, then submerge the cleaned chicken in the pot, turn on a low heat, and keep the water in the pot from boiling
3.
Take out the chicken after soaking for 15 minutes
4.
Too cold water, and then put it in the pot (note: keep the water not to boil)
5.
Soak the chicken in warm hot water, once in cold water, and then soak it back in warm hot water. Repeat this step five times, turn off the heat for the last time, simmer the chicken in warm hot water for about 10 minutes, and poke the chicken thigh with chopsticks. If there is no blood oozing, the white-cut chicken is ready
6.
Put minced ginger and green onion on the soy sauce dish, pour in the appropriate amount of soy sauce, then heat the oil in the pot and then pour into the soy sauce dish
7.
Let the white sliced chicken cool, cut into pieces and serve on a plate
