Orleans Chicken Pizza

The main ingredients of noodle cakes: salad oil, yeast, flour.

Pizza sauce ingredients: pizza straw, black pepper, salt, butter, garlic, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce,

Filling materials: mozzarella cheese, green pepper, onion, Orleans, chicken breast, assorted diced (carrot, peas, corn).

Mix the dough ingredients, knead it into a smooth dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size. (No photo taken)
Add black pepper, salt and pizza straw to the tomato sauce and mix.

Dice garlic, onion and tomatoes.

Put the butter in the pot to melt, add garlic and fry until cooked.

Add onions, tomatoes, and tomato sauce and fry together until thick.

Fried pizza sauce.

Assorted dices are blanched, chicken slices are marinated with Orleans ingredients. Dice the onion and pepper.

Bake the chicken in the oven for 5 minutes until there is no moisture.

Oil the baking pan, shape the fermented dough into the size of a baking pan, and use a fork to insert it.

Spread pizza sauce on the dough.

Put a layer of cheese and diced on top.

Put a layer of onions on top of the chicken.

Put a layer of green pepper on top of the cheese.

Put it in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
