Orleans Toothpick Meat

Wash and slice the lean meat, marinate with Orleans powder, light soy sauce, and pepper for 20 minutes, set aside

During the marinating time, you can prepare the ingredients. Wash the white sesame seeds and toothpicks and drain them. Mince the ginger, garlic, chili, and green onions.

The marinated lean meat is skewered with toothpicks

Put the oil in the pot and heat to 7 minutes, add the skewered oil, and fry it over a medium-to-small fire.

Remove the fried meat and use a sieve to control the oil

With a little oil left in the pot, add ginger, garlic, white onion, and minced pepper, and sauté until fragrant

Add the fried meat and stir fry for two minutes

Tips:
The meat can be replaced with other meats according to your own preferences, chicken, lamb...
I use dried chilies, but you can also replace them with fresh chilies. Fresh chili is more spicy, dried chili is more fragrant, personally think!
