Osmanthus cake is a traditional Chinese food. There are several versions. I like sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour. It has a soft texture and a light sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance.

Osmanthus Cake

1. Mix the dried osmanthus with powdered sugar and set aside

2. Mix sticky rice flour, glutinous rice flour and powdered sugar, and mix well

3. Add water

5. Sieve with 20 mesh sieve
