Osmanthus Crystal Jelly

A pack of white jelly, pour it into the soup pot with the powdered sugar

Add 600 grams of water and stir evenly. Heat to a boil on medium heat and turn to low heat. Cook for 1 minute. Stir while boiling until smooth and without particles

Use a small spoon to take appropriate amount of jelly and put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of honey

Add cold boiled water and stir evenly, and finally sprinkle an appropriate amount of dried osmanthus on the surface.
