I happened to be working on the topic of anti-haze recipes, sharing a simple and nourishing recipe for clearing and moisturizing the lungs.

Osmanthus White Fungus Stewed Sydney

1. The main materials are available.

2. Peel, core and cut Sydney pears for later use;

3. Remove the roots of the white fungus, wash and tear small flowers;

4. Put rock sugar, white fungus, Sydney, wolfberry in the pot and fill with water;

5. Turn the high heat to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes, then serve and sprinkle with dried osmanthus;

6. When it is warm, top with honey and serve.

Tips:

1. The amount of 1 fresh white fungus is enough to make 3~4 servings;
2. Don't simmer for too long, too rotten pears will affect the taste.
