I first met osmanthus wine, derived from "Lohas", home brewed rice wine, added osmanthus, wolfberry and longan, and waited for a month. The wine that was brewed was amber in color, and it touched my heart instantly. I happened to have the rice wine from Phoenix Mountain at home. Looking for a sunny Sunday, I slowly brewed the sweet-scented osmanthus wine with expectation. It is brewing, rather than using sweet-scented osmanthus, wolfberry and longan into the wine, waiting for the blend of floral and wine aromas. The sweet-scented osmanthus wine made with good rice wine has a few small osmanthus flowers floating in the amber liquor. The wine is mellow and thick, tastes slightly sweet, and has a slightly elegant floral fragrance. The unpacked sweet-scented osmanthus wine coincides with the festival. In the old days of the Mid-Autumn Festival, looking up at the moon osmanthus, smelling bursts of osmanthus, and drinking a cup of sweet-scented osmanthus honey wine with the family is one of the joys of life. Su Dongpo once brewed sweet-scented osmanthus wine by himself. He wrote in "Ode to Osmanthus Wine": "Teach me with the prescription of Osmanthus Wine, it is made into a jade color, the fragrance is transcendent, and it is inhuman."

Tips:

The wine-making bottle must be washed with boiling water and dried, and the rice wine can be sterilized before use.
The taste of Osmanthus fragrans wine is mellow and sweet, and slightly floral, but not greedy.
