Ostrich Meat Dumplings Stuffed with Dandelions

Add high-gluten flour to a suitable amount of water to form a dough, knead it well and cover it with plastic wrap;

Wash ostrich meat after soaking in cold water with bleeding water;

Chop into mashed meat, you can use a meat grinder, peel the green onion and ginger, wash and chop;

Add appropriate amount of salt to the ostrich meat and stir evenly (salt can be used first for sterilization), then add scallion, ginger, cooking wine, five-spice powder, pepper, a little sugar (can be omitted), light soy sauce and stir well in one direction. 1. Liqiu dumplings are usually meat dumplings, just choose your favorite meat dumplings. Ostrich meat is rare in the market, but you can buy it at an ostrich farm.
2. Cooking dumplings: My habit is to put the dumplings in the pot after the water is boiled, add cold water after turning it, turn it over again and then add the cold water, turn it over for the third time, and the dumplings will cook just right.
