Oven-made Casserole Chicken

Soak the casserole in cold water for at least 30 minutes.

The chicken is cleaned up.

Cut green onion into 1 cm thick slices, peel off onion and garlic for later use.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper and white pepper on the surface and belly of the chicken and massage evenly.

Put the chicken in a casserole, add onions, green onions and garlic.

Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth.
7.
Pour the red wine.

Cover the lid, put it in the oven (the oven cannot be preheated), and bake at 230 degrees for 70 minutes.

Reminder: This is a casserole dedicated to the oven. The casserole must be soaked in water for at least 30 minutes in advance, and the oven cannot be preheated in advance, otherwise the casserole will burst.
