Oven Version of French Fries

Cut the potatoes into strips and soak them in salt water for 20 minutes.

Bring water to a boil, add potato chips and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Drain the potato chips (it is best to use a kitchen towel to absorb the water), brush with peanut oil, and place them neatly on the baking tray

Put it in the oven, up and down 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes

It's edible, it's not as crispy as the fried one, there should be some improvement
