Oven Version of French Fries
1.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
2.
Cut into strips, do not cut too finely, and then rinse the starch on the surface with water.
3.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add salt, then pour the potato strips, and cook for about 2 minutes. There is no need to boil the potatoes until the potato strips are still hard.
4.
Drain the water and let it cool.
5.
If there is still moisture after letting it cool, use kitchen paper to soak up the excess moisture.
6.
Put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray, pour a little oil on it, put the potato strips on top, and coat each one with oil. Don't overlap them, place them flat (you can also pour the oil into a basin, cover with a plastic wrap, shake it a few times to coat the potato strips with oil).
7.
Preheat the Dongling K40C oven to 225 degrees. Generally, the preheating time is more than 10 minutes. Put the baking tray on the grill, put it on the middle and upper level, and bake for about 25 minutes. Take out the baking tray for the last 5 minutes and use chopsticks. Turn the fries over. Be sure to bake enough so that the baked French fries will be crispy, otherwise it will be soft. If you like to eat soft fries, don't bake them too dry.
Tips:
After baking, you can sprinkle with black pepper while it is hot, or order ketchup. While reading a book, you can eat French fries, and you can eat all the French fries in the blink of an eye.
