Oven Version of Non-fried Fries
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Choose a large oval potato and cut it to the thickness of little fingers.
3.
Soak in water to remove the starch, about 10 minutes.
4.
Put the potato chips under cold water in a precision-controlled Korean Daewoo electric ceramic stove, boil them on high heat for 2 minutes, add a little salt, and remove them.
5.
To drain the water, I used kitchen paper to quickly drain the water from the fries.
6.
Put the drained potato chips into a bowl, add a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of salt, and shake well. You can also add salt and pepper powder or basil leaf powder according to your taste. It is also good to make a variety of flavors.
7.
Same as the previous step.
8.
Put tin foil and brush on the baking tray, instead of oiling, put the potatoes one by one.
9.
Put it in the preheated oven, just put it in the middle temperature and heat it up and down 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. The baked fries are more delicious with tomato sauce.
10.
If you want to eat a bit more crispy, put the baking tray on the upper layer. Personally, I still like to eat it slightly softer. The potato has a stronger aroma and tastes better.
