A famous British snack-Scotch Egg, its history is derived from the food invented by a department store with a history of more than 300 years in the United Kingdom; due to the large size of the eggs, many people in the Mainland use quail eggs instead. Instead of eggs, for the sake of health, I still use the original eggs to make, because the cholesterol of quail eggs is too high. This is also an oven version of Scotch eggs, and those who like to deep-fry can do the same.

This snack is best when paired with mayonnaise or chili sauce. It is crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. It is the best snack for afternoon tea or a gathering of friends.
