Oyster Sauce Chicken Breast

Wash chicken breasts and soak dry water into a bowl, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5 tsp pepper, 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tsp brown sugar powder, 0.25 tsp powdered meat powder (can be omitted). To absorb the meat, add 1 tbsp of water or more, grab a few more times to let the meat absorb the moisture, add 1 tsp cornstarch, then add 1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil after it is evenly grabbed, and let it stand for about 20 minutes or more , The author’s operation is to marinate the meat and put it in a compact box and put it in the refrigerator overnight to make the meat more flavorful;

Tips:
Don't use high heat to fry, otherwise the surface of the meat will become too hard and the taste will become chaotic.
