Oyster Sauce Three Ding

Dice corn kernels, carrots and green beans.

Bring the water to a boil, pour the three cubes, add some salt to blanch the water, remove the water after half a minute.

Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the minced garlic.

Put in the blanched three dices.

When the corn kernels are round and bulging, they are cooked. Pour in an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
