Pan-fried Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a small amount of salt to marinate for two hours.

Stir it up and down during the marinating process to make it easier to taste.

Heat a pan and add a little oil, add chicken wings in turn and fry until the color changes.

Turn over and fry for a while, pour the marinated chicken wings in the sauce and fry on low heat until the chicken wings are cooked.
5.
Out of the pot.
