Cod meat is beautiful and nutritious. The most important thing is that there is no small wings. Children can eat it with confidence. It is quick and delicious to make pan-fried cod. It is really simple. After it is done, squeeze a little tomato sauce. Sweet and sour is my baby. My favorite, but when I ate it by myself, I dipped it in oily spiced pepper. Each has Sony Ericsson. The baby said that she was super delicious by squeezing the ketchup. I think I dipped in spiced spiced pepper instantly became a pleasure on the tip of my tongue. The taste really varies from person to person...

Pan Fried Cod

1. Prepare the thawed cod.

2. Spread the cod evenly with salt and black pepper, pour in the wine, and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Pat the dry starch evenly.

4. Heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of oil to 50% heat.

5. Add the cod fish, fry until both sides are browned, and fry them over medium heat.

6. Squeeze the tomato sauce after it is out of the pot, and decorate with cucumbers and tomatoes.

Tips:

Before patting the starch dry, use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the surface of the cod slightly to avoid splashing oil during frying.
