Pan Fried Cod

The cod fillets are washed and marinated with salt, cooking wine and black pepper for half an hour

After marinating, use kitchen paper to absorb moisture

Heat the pan and add butter

When the butter is melted, add the cod, fry until browned on both sides

The cod is squeezed with lemon juice

Heat the oil left in the pan, add tomato sauce and a little sugar, cook until the sugar melts and then pour it on the cod fillets
