Compared to steak, I prefer to eat beef ribs, because the boned meat is more tender and delicious! "

Pan-fried Cowboy Ribs

1. Defrost the cowboy bones and use a kitchen paper towel to soak up the surface moisture.

2. Put light soy sauce, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for at least half an hour.

3. Put butter in the frying pan.

4. Fry the cowboy ribs over high heat, and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

5. Take out the cowboy bones, put garlic slices, rape, carrots, and a little salt.

6. Put on a plate, sprinkle black pepper on the cowboy bones, and place vegetables next to it.

Tips:

Cowboy ribs are thinner than steak, so be sure not to cook for too long, otherwise the taste will become hard and not tasty.
