Pan Fried Dumpling

1. Mix flour and milk yeast baking powder into a dough

2. Knead the dough and put on plastic wrap for proofing for half an hour

3. Add the pork filling and seasoning and stir well

4. Stir in the scallion and ginger water

5. Frozen pork skin chopped into shreds

6. Pour the meat and stir

7. Stuffed meat

8. Fry in a pan until the bottom is golden and add boiling water

9. Simmer until the water boils

10. Turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute
