Pan-fried Hibiscus Egg

Prepare barbecued pork with eggs, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and green onions.

Cut water-fat shiitake mushrooms and cooked fresh bamboo shoots into medium shreds separately

Cut the barbecued pork into shreds.

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, add shredded shiitake mushrooms and shredded bamboo shoots and cook for 30 seconds.
