Pan-fried Homemade Tofu

Prepare the ingredients for later use. If you don't like spicy, you can ignore the dried red peppers.

Cut tofu into pieces (about 0.6cm thick), slice carrots, green peppers, ginger and garlic, and cut peppers and green onions into small pieces.

Sauce: Pour tomato sauce, light soy sauce, and oil in a small bowl.

Add appropriate amount of water to the salt, stir well and set aside.

Pour a little cooking oil into the wok.

Put the tofu cubes in a pot over medium heat and start frying.

After two or three minutes, shake the pot a few times and turn it over. It won't stick to the pot at all!

Fry both sides until golden brown, pour in the green onion, chili, ginger and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the carrots and stir fry a few times to add the sauce.

Finally, add the green pepper, stir fry a few times to collect the juice, and then it will be out of the pot.
