Pan-fried King Pleurotus

After soaking for 15 minutes, squeeze out the water, cut lengthwise into 2mm thick, and lightly cut a cross pattern on one side.

Add olive oil and butter in a non-stick pan, add the eryngii mushroom slices, the water will come out later, the high heat will evaporate the water, and then fry the mushrooms until golden
