Pan-fried Lotus Root Cake

The lotus root is divided into two pieces, one is shredded, and the other is cut into small dices (so that you can eat lotus roots and have a taste). Add eggs, salt, ginger foam, green onion foam, and a little cooking wine. Stir clockwise to make the meat filling!
