Pan-fried Mushroom Sandwich
1.
Slice the mushrooms, shred the onion, and mince the garlic.
2.
Heat a pan on medium heat, add a small piece of butter to the pan, add onions after the oil is hot, and keep on medium heat until the onion is slightly browned, add the minced garlic and stir-fry the mushrooms. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper, fry until the surface of the mushrooms is browned, and set aside for later use.
3.
Coat one side of the toast with softened butter (just one side). Heat the pan without putting any oil on the medium heat. Put the unbuttered side into the pan and bake for a while.
4.
Turn the toast over, add a layer of cheese slices on the toast, add the fried mushrooms and onions, cover with a layer of cheese slices, and finally stack another slice of toast (the buttered side is up).
5.
For frying toast, you can press it with a spatula in the middle to accelerate the melting of the cheese. Control the heat, and fry until the toast is golden on each side, and the cheese slices are already melted. Plate.
6.
Serve while hot.
