If you can't chase small fresh meat, you can always make a fresh meat pie.

Pan-fried Onion Meatloaf

1. Wash the onions, slice them, and take the largest rings of onions in the middle. Dice the remaining onion and set aside.

2. Make minced meat. Dice minced meat, minced onion, minced ginger, starch, eggs, and colored peppers and mix, add half a spoon of salt, and mix well.

3. The meat filling should not be too thick or too thin.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it to 7 minutes hot. Put in the onion rings. Spread a spoonful of minced meat into the onion ring. Press the minced meat with a spoon and spread it evenly in the ring.

5. Fry on one side until slightly yellow, then fry on the other side, and repeat this again. Fry each patty over low heat for a total of 1.5-2 minutes and it will be cooked. Note that it is best to use a small fire, so that it is easy to cook into the inside and not paste on the surface.

6. Finally, swipe the black sesame seeds, and it is ready to be out of the pot.

Tips:

1. It is best to fry over a small fire. Onions are especially easy to batter, and the meat patties are not easy to cook. Slow frying on low heat can prevent the onions from scorching.

2. When mixing minced meat, diced peppers and diced onions will easily produce water when meeting salt. Adding egg liquid will make the minced meat very thin. Adding starch is to increase the consistency of minced meat and increase the smoothness of the mouthfeel.
