Pan-fried Pork Belly

Prepare a piece of fresh pork belly. We buy a thinner one and marinate it in thin slices with a little salt for half an hour.

Add the pork belly in a frying pan with oil, and fry slowly over a low heat.

Fry out the oil in this pork belly.

Fry until golden on both sides, and turn it over after frying on one side.

Add a little barbecue sauce.

Mix the five-spice powder, cumin powder and barbecue powder chicken essence and stir well.

Put the adjusted seasoning in, turn on high heat and stir evenly to get out of the pot.

Use absorbent paper to suck out the excess oil and put it on the plate. When frying, it will be done on a low heat.
Tips:
For the choice of pork belly, we have to choose a slightly thinner one.
