Pan-fried Pork Chop

The raw pork loin is cut into thicker slices.

Use the back of a knife to loosen the tenderloin.

Add Daxida barbecue sauce (original flavor) to the soy sauce and cooking wine and stir well.

Pour the sauce into the pork chops and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, and fry the pork chops.

Fry for about 1 minute on high fire, and fry on low fire for about 3 minutes.

Tips:
1. There are several flavors of Daxi Da Barbecue Sauce, which you can choose according to your preference. The child likes the flavor of the sauce very much, but I did not buy it today. The original fry is lighter in color, so add the dark soy sauce to color it.
2. The time for frying depends on the thickness of the pork chops, but don't take too long to make the taste not tender.
