Pan-fried Pork Loin

Cut the tenderloin into thick slices. Use a knife to loosen the tenderloin on both sides.

Add cooking wine and a little salt, mix it well to remove the fishy smell.

Then add the barbecue sauce, gently grasp it, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Heat up an electric baking pan and add the marinated tenderloin.

Heat up and down for 2 minutes.

Turn it over and fry again.

Fry until the tenderloin is cooked thoroughly, then it can be served on a plate.
Tips:
1. There is no barbecue sauce, so you can make it yourself with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar.
2. Fry it well, don't fry it too much.
