Pan-fried Pork Ribs Stewed with Potatoes

1. Cut the ribs and add salt, cooking wine, pepper, ginger garlic and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour

2. Put oil in the pan to heat up, add the marinated ribs

3. Deep-fried golden on both sides

4. After the ribs are out of the pan, use the remaining oil to put the potato pieces

5. Fry until golden, remove and set aside

6. In another pot, add minced ginger and garlic

7. Saute the green and red peppers until fragrant

8. Add the ribs and stir fry

9. Pour in a little light soy sauce to color

10. Add fried potatoes

11. Add salt

12. Add coriander to the pot

Tips:

1. The ribs sold outside are very well cooked, so you can fry them until they are golden brown. If you like a bit softer, you can cook them first and then fry them.
2. The hardness of potatoes can be determined according to your favorite taste
3. We love spicy food, if we don’t like it, we can change it to cayenne pepper.
