Pan-fried Pork Ribs Stewed with Potatoes

Cut the ribs and add salt, cooking wine, pepper, ginger garlic and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Put oil in the pan to heat up, add the marinated ribs

Deep-fried golden on both sides

Tips:
1. The ribs sold outside are very well cooked, so you can fry them until they are golden brown. If you like a bit softer, you can cook them first and then fry them.
2. The hardness of potatoes can be determined according to your favorite taste
