Pan-fried Potato Pancakes

Peel and shred potatoes, chopped green onion into small pieces.

Put potatoes in a bowl, add chopped green onion and all auxiliary materials.

Pour in a small amount of water, stir and place the sweet potato powder without particles.

Heat the pot, add the mixed potato shreds one by one, and fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Be sure to have a small amount of water, otherwise it will be easy to paste, sprinkle some sesame seeds to make it more fragrant.
