Pan-fried Potato Pancakes

Steam the potato slices on the pot for 30 minutes.

Dice carrots, chives and Hormel crispy sausage.

Mash the steamed potatoes with a spoon. If there are still pieces that are not completely overripe, you can steam them for 10 minutes after all 3 potatoes are mashed.

Fry in a pan until golden brown (frying is my husband’s job, I am impatient and a bit mushy).

Tips:
Starch can be added to the mashed potatoes, and the cake should be kneaded out when it is hot. It is not easy to form when it is cold.
