Pan-fried Potato Pancakes

Wash potatoes and peel them.
2.
Cut into thin slices.
3.
Steam for ten minutes on the pot.
4.
Add some salt to the steamed potato chips and press into a puree.
5.
Add diced carrots, diced ham and diced green peppers.
6.
Add appropriate amount of flour.
7.
Knead into dough.
8.
Roll out into small cakes of even size.
9.
Brush the frying pan and set the shape on one side.
10.
Flip and fry the other side, golden brown on both sides.
