Potatoes are very healthy and nutritious, and also lose weight. I like to eat potato pancakes. They are very powdery and sweet. Add some corn and peas to increase the taste, healthy and delicious vegetarian dishes. My son likes to eat very much. He eats a few pieces by himself. If he is fried, he will cry for fear of getting angry, so he has compromised. Eat as much as you like. It’s also a good thing that kids love to eat.
