Pan-fried Potato Pancakes

Peel and slice potatoes.
2.
Wash corn and peas.
3.
Put it in a pot and steam it.
4.
The potatoes are mashed while hot.
5.
Add pepper, salt and mix well.
6.
Add starch and mix well.
7.
Pour in steamed corn peas.
8.
Mix the mashed potatoes.
9.
Heat the oil, knead into a cake and fry in a pan.
10.
Fry both sides over low heat until golden brown.
Tips:
Potatoes must be powdered and steamed until they are easily crushed, so delicate.
