Pan-fried Potato Pancakes with Pineapple Sauce

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag, add a small amount of water, and microwave on medium-high heat twice for 6 minutes

Use tools to press into mashed potatoes

Add diced celery, eggs, salt and black pepper to taste

Stir in diced onion
