Pan-fried Prawns

Wash the prawns, cut off the excess hair, and open the back to remove the shrimp thread.

Put the shrimp in a basin, add chopped green onion, ginger slices, and salt to marinate for 20 minutes.

Melt a little butter in the pan, add the shrimps, and fry on both sides until the shells are crispy. Fry the broccoli on both sides until slightly softened.

After frying, sprinkle a little salt and pepper to eat.
Tips:
1. You can use other edible oils, but butter is more fragrant.
2. When all the shrimp are fried in the pan, use a low fire to avoid frying.
