Pan-fried Prawns

For the fresh sea prawns, cut off the prawn silks, bend the prawns, cut in from the back, pick out the prawn intestines, wash and drain the water; add a little cooking wine to marinate.

Turn on the power switch of the Korean barbecue grill, turn it to high-end, add 3-4 teaspoons of oil, sprinkle half of the scallion, ginger, garlic, and fry, then pour in the shrimp for frying. (Ordinary pan or wok can also be used)

Tips:
