Pan-fried Pumpkin Buns
1.
Pumpkin seeds are removed, washed and not peeled
2.
Add an appropriate amount of salt to the flour and mix with water to make a paste
3.
Pumpkin cut into thick pieces
4.
Wrap a layer in roux
5.
Fry in a hot oil pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides
6.
Drain the oil and start eating
