Pan-fried Southern Milk Pork Belly

Prepare the main ingredient pork belly.

Wash the meat and cut into thin slices,

Add a piece of red fermented bean curd, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine.

Mix evenly and marinate for at least 6 hours. (I marinated it the night before and fry it the next day)
5.
Heat a little oil in the pot, add pork belly slices, and fry until the meat is golden and cooked through on both sides.
6.
Finished product.
