Pan-fried Squid Silk

Ingredients: 3 squid silk, 1/4 onion, 1 garlic, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of barbecue oil, pepper, 1 piece of green onion, appropriate amount of salt, 1 shallot

Wash the onion and cut into pieces,

Slice ginger and garlic and set aside.

Wash the scallions and cut into diagonal slices. Set aside.

The squid must be torn apart one by one,

Put it in a bowl and set aside.

Pour water in a pot, add ginger slices and boil,

Pour in the squid whiskers, add the cooking wine, and blanch until curled.

Remove and control the water.

Pour oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add onion, garlic slices, green onions, and saute.

Pour the squid and stir fry twice.

Add salt, barbecue oil and chili, stir fry for a while,

Add the chives and stir-fry well.

Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
Tips:
The seasoning can be adjusted arbitrarily according to your preferences.
Stir-fried squid should not take too long, so as not to affect the taste.
