Pan-fried Steamed Bread Slices

Steamed buns (cornmeal steamed buns used in the recipe) cut into thick slices;

Beat eggs in a bowl, add a little cooking wine and salt to beat;

After the pan is preheated, pour a little oil and brush evenly;

Put the steamed bun slices in the egg liquid, and evenly coat the upper and lower sides with the egg liquid;

Use chopsticks to put the steamed bun slices covered with egg mixture into the preheated pan;

Fry until golden on both sides, and then it can be served (according to your preference, you can sprinkle a little black pepper);

After being out of the pot, you can use kitchen paper to absorb the oil on the surface of the steamed buns!
Tips:
1. Generally, one egg is used for one steamed bun, and it is better to fry on a small fire.
2. Add cooking wine to the egg liquid in order to remove the fishy.
3. Black pepper can be added or not according to personal taste.
