Pan-fried Tofu
                            
                                1.
                                Cut tofu into pieces.

                                Fry the tofu in a hot oil pan until golden on both sides.

                                Add the prepared green and red peppers, minced garlic, soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry for a while.
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.

                                The fragrant pan-fried tofu is out of the pot!
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                The tofu must be fried on both sides and golden on both sides so that it will not break easily when it is stir-fried!
