Pan-fried Tofu

First mix the flour, black pepper, salt and pepper, ground cumin, and salt.

Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.

Heat the oil on high heat, change to low heat, and fry in the oil pan while sticking the flour.

After all the cooking is done, shake the pot a few more times to coat the tofu in oil.

Flip and fry until golden and remove.

3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped, a spoonful of bean paste, put in the remaining oil pan of frying tofu, fry the aroma, and evenly pour it on the tofu sprinkled with green onion.
