Pan-fried Tofu
1.
Prepare the ingredients: a piece of slightly old tofu, an egg, salt, green onion, and cornstarch.
2.
Cut the tofu into small pieces, and beat the egg with some salt.
3.
Tofu is first dipped in starch on both sides, and then coated with egg liquid.
4.
Put more oil in the pan to heat up, add the tofu coated with egg liquid, put it in the oil pan piece by piece, fry it on one side, turn it over and fry the other side. Pick out the fried food in time, and cook all of them all the time.
5.
One egg can make 600-700 grams of tofu. Use slightly older tofu. The tofu is fried and eaten directly like this. It is very delicious, smooth and tender, and a little burnt. For the heavier flavors, you can also sprinkle some soy sauce in the pan of fried tofu.
