Pan-fried Tofu

1. Scallion, ginger and garlic mince

2. Enlarge the scallion, ginger and garlic in a bowl, add light soy sauce

3. Add salt, pepper, and pepper powder

4. Add the leftover brown sugar peanuts in the buns

5. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the tofu in a pot under cold water for five minutes

6. Cooked tofu scoop out slices

7. Put each piece of tofu in the sauce bowl to coat the sauce evenly, and enlarge it in the bowl after wrapping

8. After wrapping, pour the remaining juice into a bowl of tofu, cover and marinate for ten minutes

9. After the pan is heated, brush the oil, add tofu after the oil is hot, fry on one side, turn over and fry the other side

10. Add some homemade broad beans after serving

Tips:
