Pan-fried Tofu

Scallion, ginger and garlic mince

Enlarge the scallion, ginger and garlic in a bowl, add light soy sauce

Add salt, pepper, and pepper powder

Add the leftover brown sugar peanuts in the buns

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the tofu in a pot under cold water for five minutes

Cooked tofu scoop out slices

Tofu is very fragile, so every step of the operation should be done lightly
