Pan-fried Tofu Box

Add salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and pepper water to the minced meat and beat in one direction to make it thick.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Cut the tofu into mahjong pieces (cut a little thinner, about 3 or 4 mm thick)

Take a slice of tofu and sprinkle an appropriate amount of minced meat.

Cover with a slice of tofu to form a tofu box.

Beat the eggs, put in a tofu box and dip in egg liquid.

Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides, remove and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and light soy sauce, pour in half a cup of water, add oyster sauce, sugar, and a little salt to a boil. Put in the fried tofu box and simmer until the soup becomes less.

Pour in a little water and starch into thin gorgon, sprinkle with chives.

Take out the pan and serve.
