Pan-fried Tricholoma

Prepare a portion of mushrooms, which must be individual and complete

Clean with flour
3.
Remove the mushroom stem
4.
Face down, fry on low heat for one minute
5.
Turn over quickly
6.
Fry over low heat until cooked through
7.
There will be a lot of soup in the mushroom

Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt to taste
9.
Eat it while it's hot
Tips:
1. The sea salt is not so salty, it is more suitable for seasoning;
2. Washing mushrooms with flour is purely my own personal habit;
3. This is just the umami taste of the mushroom itself, so there is no need to add it;
4. Don't sprinkle the soup in the mushrooms, this is where the umami taste lies.
