Pan-fried Vegetarian Chicken

The vegetarian chicken bought in the supermarket is washed with warm water.

Don't slice too thinly.

Put the vegetarian chicken in a hot pan with cold oil.

Blow up the fire a little bit

All the spices are ready.

Fry slowly over a small fire.

Fry the vegetarian chicken until the skin is bubbling to remove the oil control.

There must be less oil left in the bottom of the pot. With extra oil, we can fry a dish or something. It must be small, or it will be greasy after a while. Add all the spices and sauté until fragrant.

Add the vegetarian chicken and stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with the spicy millet.
Tips:
The heat is the key. Be sure to fry slowly over low heat.
